Tired recently so rested last two windy days where Rhosneigr looked good, and back to winging today. Big tide and big chop was hard work to start, moved to smaller foil then smaller wing both of which helped through turbulence. Also some wind swells rode for a few seconds. Bit of a frustrating day, mostly my fault as should have changed down earlier.
